Clinical Confidentiality NoticeAll medical consultations, surgical repair schedules, and post-procedure records are treated as privileged medical communications in compliance with Indian healthcare legislation and global privacy best practices.
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Full name, date of birth, gender, government identification details, residential address, emergency contact details, and primary phone number.
- Clinical & Health Data: Medical history, past surgical records, diagnostic imaging reports (ultrasound, CT, MRI scans), laboratory investigation results, pathology findings, and current medications.
- Digital Communication Records: Pre-consultation inquiry messages, telehealth video consultation summaries, and medical imaging shared via secure patient upload portals.
- End-to-End Encryption: All electronic health records (EHR) and transmitted imaging files are protected using industry-standard TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
- Role-Based Access: Clinical files are strictly restricted to the primary surgical team, attending anaesthetists, and designated nursing staff involved in your direct care.
- Physical Infrastructure: On-premise hospital workstations require multi-factor biometric authentication with automatic session timeouts and audit-logged file accesses.
- Right to Access: Request a verified digital copy of your surgical notes, discharge summaries, and diagnostic file archives.
- Right to Rectification: Promptly correct incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate personal or demographic details.
- Right to Consent Withdrawal: Revoke consent for non-statutory communication or referring doctor updates at any stage of treatment.
